These two wooden boats reminded me of my Father in Law's boats. He spent many days fishing in a boat just like these. This is a peaceful place giving me thoughts of days relaxing, and enjoying a quiet day on the water. The tree limb with the Spanish moss hanging over the cove where these boats are moored, just waiting for another good day. This scene could be located anywhere that you might find the moss on the trees,and I found it in a small creek in the coastal area of South Carolina. Thank you for looking.

AUDREY MCLEOD - BIOGRAPHY Audrey McLeod has lived in the "Lowcountry" of South Carolina all her life. Even as a child she would be found drawing or painting and "making Art" in various ways. After high school she was accepted into an art school but went on to college, majoring in business. She continued to paint, taking workshops and studying with many prominent artists in the Carolinas and Georgia. Building on these lessons learned and encouraged by many friends, collectors, and instructors, she continues to pursue her art. Instructors have told her to "paint what you know and paint what you love". So, the scenes she creates focuses on color and light.
