Artist's Description
This marsh creek is a place I truly love to go and sit by the water. It changes from time to time with new grasses appearing with the tides. Sometimes a low tide will show more grass or more sand at the edges of the waters. The soft light colors of the clouds reflect the brilliant sun on the light purple clouds. It gets my attention due to the changes in water as well as the colors of the surrounding areas..
This piece is oil painted on linen canvas and is framed in a gold Plein Air frame approx. three inches in width. The original should be seen to truly appreciate how much our beautiful marsh areas are here on the coast of South Carolina.
