Artist's Description
I saw this sky and water on a morning walk at the beach. The colors are different from those that are my normal color palette. I really enjoyed painting this scene even though I have painted many beach scenes this is definitely a new approach for me. I think it would give a cool and quiet look to any room. The subdued pinky colors at the horizon adds just a little warmer effect.
The original is not framed as it is a 1.5 inch gallery wrapped and the sides are painted a medium grey that blends with the colors in the piece.

AUDREY MCLEOD - BIOGRAPHY Audrey McLeod has lived in the "Lowcountry" of South Carolina all her life. Even as a child she would be found drawing or painting and "making Art" in various ways. After high school she was accepted into an art school but went on to college, majoring in business. She continued to paint, taking workshops and studying with many prominent artists in the Carolinas and Georgia.
