Description
This scene has always been one that I knew I would paint one day. I caught this sunset one afternoon when the sky was just beautiful. The Marsh was quiet with not much traffic on the causeway leading to the beach area, and it was my time to begin the painting. It took several trips to the park to get the many different areas of the painting completed. The distant marsh grasses change colors as they recede toward the horizon. I feel that I captured the colors of the scene very accurately. This original painting is framed in a gold frame 4 inches wide which complements the subject perfectly.
